Product delivery conditions
- 1. Delivery within Tehran is made via courier service.
2.Deliveries to other cities in Iran are handled via postal service.
3. Delivery time for other cities: within 7 to 10 working days.
4. Order dispatch will begin within a maximum of 24 working hours after order confirmation.
5. The accuracy of all personal information, including contact numbers and delivery addresses, is the responsibility of the customer.
• Any damage resulting from packaging must be reported to our support team within 24 working hours after receiving the order.
6. When receiving your order, please carefully check the packaging and confirm its condition.
• In case of any visible damage, do not accept the delivery and immediately inform our after-sales service department.
