Order Registration and Processing

 • Business days are from Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays in Iran. All orders placed during business days or on the first business day after holidays will be processed accordingly.

 • In case of issues such as order cancellation, any paid amount will be refunded to the customer’s account within 48 working hours.

 • Leyli Shah reserves the right to cease accepting new orders or discontinue sales without prior notice. Existing orders before such discontinuation will still be processed and delivered. The right to discontinue the sale of products without notice, due to stock depletion or other reasons, is also reserved.

 • If a pricing or product value error occurs, Leyli Shah retains the right to invalidate the order and refund the paid amount to the customer’s account as soon as possible. By using the Leyli Shah website, customers acknowledge this and waive any claims in this regard.

 • Customers must complete the order form with accurate and complete information. Incomplete or incorrect information may prevent processing or delivery of the order. Providing accurate address, email, and contact numbers is mandatory. If needed, Leyli Shah may request additional information to confirm the order.

 • Customers can enter another person’s name, address, and contact number for delivery. If the order is prepaid, the recipient must present valid identification upon delivery.

 • Due to system-based order registration, it is impossible to issue revised invoices or change details (such as switching from personal to business invoices) after order confirmation.

 • Deliveries cannot be made to public places; a clear and verifiable delivery address is required.

 • Leyli Shah commits to delivering orders according to predetermined shipping policies (including related costs) at the specified time and place. If the customer is not present, they must pay additional charges for re-delivery.

 • These terms and conditions apply under normal circumstances.

Leyli Shah is not responsible for unforeseen, uncontrollable events.

Damage During Shipping

Leyli Shah takes every measure to ensure orders are delivered in perfect condition nationwide. In case of any damage during transport and delivery, Leyli Shah is responsible for compensating the damage.

Customers must report any shipping-related damages within 24 working hours to Leyli Shah After-Sales Service, along with all accessories and the original invoice.

Product Test and Return Policy

 • Leyli Shah offers a 3-day return guarantee and a 7-day unconditional exchange guarantee after delivery.

 • Reported product issues will be inspected by Leyli Shah After-Sales experts. If a technical defect is confirmed, the service will be applied. This service does not cover damages caused by improper customer use.

 • Products must be properly packaged with complete accessories and invoices when using the 3-day return or 7-day exchange services.

 • If the returned product is not received in its original condition, no service will be provided.

 • If a replacement is not available, Leyli Shah may refund the amount to the customer without being affected by market price changes.

 • For products priced based on daily gold rates and weight, if a product is replaced, any price decrease is covered by Leyli Shah, while any price increase is payable by the customer.

 • If stock for a replacement is unavailable, the preparation time will be 2 to 3 weeks. If the customer cancels, the full payment will be refunded.

 • Customers are responsible for any damages caused by misuse or lack of awareness, and Leyli Shah holds no responsibility in such cases.

Content Policy

Leyli Shah strives for accuracy and quality in delivering its services. However, the brand does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the site are error-free. If a product significantly differs from its description, the only available solution is to return the product before use and in its original condition.

Leyli Shah bears no responsibility for the deletion of pages or dead links on its website. Services are provided “as is” and the brand is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by natural events, human factors, internet issues, equipment failures, etc.

In rare cases where market fluctuations or pricing errors occur, Leyli Shah reserves the right to inform the customer and cancel the order.

All product prices include VAT, and no separate charges for VAT or other duties will be applied. Shipping and delivery costs will be calculated separately based on order details and are clearly indicated during checkout.
